A former professional footballer and Football Australia B License Coach, Paul created TFA to give young players the type of development environment he believes is often missing in traditional junior football.

His coaching focuses on technical quality, decision-making, confidence and game understanding, while maintaining high standards and creating an environment where players genuinely enjoy improving.

Through TFA, Paul works closely with players across their development journey, helping them build the skills, habits and mentality required to reach the next level.

Paul’s football journey began in the youth system at Blacktown City FC before signing his first professional contract at just 15 years of age with Greek giants AEK Athens FC.

He later moved to Italy, spending three years with Calcio Catania, before returning to Australia and continuing his career with Western Sydney Wanderers.

At NPL level, Paul represented Sydney Olympic, Manly United and Spirit FC. During his time with Sydney Olympic, he was part of the side that completed the League and Grand Final double.

These experiences across professional and semi-professional football in Australia and Europe have shaped the standards, philosophy and development environment he now brings to TFA.
